The building
Small on purpose.
Casabella Suites is eight suites, finished in 2026. A shaded walkway runs down the middle with four either side, and behind each one is its own walled backyard — no balconies, but outdoor space you can actually use, that nobody overlooks, with the door left open.
The pool sits at the end of the property with a barbecue and an outdoor kitchen under the pergola. Eight suites share it, which in practice means it is usually yours.
It was built to be let by the night rather than converted into rentals afterwards, which is why the storage, the parking and the sound separation between suites work the way they do.
The suites
Two layouts, eight suites.
Every suite has its own kitchen, its own bathroom and its own backyard. The difference between them is how many bedrooms sit behind the living room.
Two-bedroom suites
The same kitchen, living room and backyard, with a second bedroom off the hallway. Right for a family, or two couples who would rather not share a wall with strangers.

San Nicolas
The half of Aruba most visitors never see.
San Nicolas is the island's second town and its most interesting one — the street murals, the bars that were here long before the hotels, and a coastline that is not lined with resorts.
It is a different holiday from Palm Beach, and deliberately so. Quieter streets, lower prices, and the sense of being somewhere specific rather than somewhere interchangeable.
